1Acceptance of these terms

By adding Nekonomy to a Discord server, by using any of its commands, or by accessing the dashboard at nekonomy.xyz, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.

If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the bot and remove it from your server.

2What Nekonomy is

Nekonomy is an economy and social RPG bot for Discord. It provides 61 slash commands (plus prefix equivalents, with a default prefix of s! that each server can change), organised into these areas:

• Economy — wallet, bank, daily reward, work, side jobs, crime and robbery between players, plus the player profile.
• Shop and inventory — server-created items with prices, per-player caps, usable items, tradeable items and items with an expiry.
• Professions and roleplay — a jobs system with police careers (warrants, arrests, bail, evidence, cases, internal affairs), hospital, farm and housing.
• Farm — land, planting and harvesting with seasons and weather, raising chickens, eggs, a house and decoration.
• Minigames — bingo, blackjack and mines, with configurable bet limits.
• Missions and progression — a board of daily and weekly tasks, XP, levels, badges and leaderboards.
• Administration — configuring the economy, the shop, permission roles, role rewards and audit logs.

The web dashboard lets you configure all of this outside Discord, signing in with your own Discord account.

3Relationship with Discord

Nekonomy is an independent service. It is not provided, sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Discord Inc.

• Your use of Discord remains governed by the Discord Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines and the Developer Policy.
• Nekonomy operates within the limits of the Discord API and may be affected by outages, changes or restrictions imposed by the platform.
• Breaking Discord's rules is also a breach of these terms.

4Who may use it

To use Nekonomy you need a valid Discord account and must meet the minimum age required by Discord's Terms in your region — 13 years in most countries, and higher where local law requires it.

If we learn that an account below the minimum age is using the service, the associated data may be removed and access blocked.

5Virtual economy

Every currency, item, badge, property, animal, crop or piece of progress inside Nekonomy is virtual, fictional content that exists only within the service.

• Each server has its own local economy; some resources (such as diamonds, the global inventory and farm progress) are tied to your account and follow you across servers.
• Server administrators may create, change, grant and remove items and balances on their own server. That curation is their responsibility, not ours.
• Balances and items may be adjusted, reset or removed in case of failure, bug exploitation, fraud or balance corrections.

6Subscriptions and payments

Where premium features are enabled, payments are processed through Stripe. Nekonomy never receives or stores card data: payment happens entirely inside Stripe's environment, and we receive only the subscription status.

• A subscription grants benefits inside the service, not real-world goods.
• Cancellations and refunds follow the policy in force at the time of purchase and the rules of Stripe and the payment method used.
• Benefits may be suspended if a payment is reversed or disputed.

7Prohibited conduct

When using Nekonomy, you agree not to:

• Exploit faults, bugs or unintended behaviour for advantage — report them instead;
• Use automation, macros, autoclickers, selfbots or any form of non-human interaction;
• Keep multiple accounts (alts) to stack rewards, manipulate leaderboards or bypass caps and cooldowns;
• Trade currency, items or accounts for real money or goods;
• Send commands in abusive volume, overload the service or attempt to take it down;
• Attempt unauthorised access to the dashboard, the API, the database or other users' data;
• Use the bot to harass, defame, defraud or harm others — including within roleplay systems, such as false reports used to target someone;
• Reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute the service without authorisation;
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of Discord's rules.

8Duties of server administrators

Administrators and moderators who configure Nekonomy are responsible for:

• Granting management roles only to people they trust — holders of those roles can view and change the server's entire configuration in the dashboard, including activity logs;
• Setting items, prices, rewards and rules in a way compatible with these terms, Discord's rules and applicable law;
• Informing members that the server uses Nekonomy and that game data is processed under the Privacy Policy;
• Not using administrative commands to harm members or to defraud the economy.

9Suspension and blocking

We may limit, suspend or terminate access for a user or for an entire server, with or without prior notice, where there is a breach of these terms, abuse of the service, risk to its integrity, or a legal requirement.

Depending on the case, this may include: blocking specific commands, resetting improperly obtained balances, removing items, revoking dashboard access, or the bot leaving the server.

10Service availability

Nekonomy is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or permanent preservation of game data.

• We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time;
• Maintenance, updates and third-party failures (Discord, hosting, database) may cause temporary unavailability;
• We make reasonable efforts to preserve data, but do not guarantee recovery in the event of catastrophic failure.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nekonomy and its maintainers are not liable for:

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law applicable in your country.

12Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service, in legislation, or in Discord's requirements. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.

Material changes will be announced through the project's official channels. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.

13Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time: simply stop using the commands, remove the bot from the server, or revoke the application's access in your Discord account settings.
